Import format
Build a spreadsheet laid out like the example below. Put the code in the first column and the value next to it. Rows can appear in any order, and blank rows are ignored.

Stock section
Start with a row whose first cell is Material. Then one row per stock length, each beginning M1, M2, and so on.
Length | Length of the stock you buy, e.g. 2400 |
Qty | How many you have. Leave blank for unlimited. |
Price | Price each. Optional. |
Pieces section
Start with a row whose first cell is Piece Length. Then one row per cut.
Piece Length | Finished length of the cut, e.g. 620 |

L Mitre | 1 to mitre the left end, 0 or blank for none |

In this example the stock row M2 is empty, so it's skipped. The Qty for M1 is blank, meaning unlimited 2400mm lengths are available.
Material presets
My materials PRO
Five material slots per optimiser. Each stores the material name, stock lengths, the full cut list with labels, and a photo — the photo appears in the optimiser output and printout. Pick a slot in the dropdown and press Save to overwrite it. Mark one as your default and it loads automatically when the app opens.
Built-in presets
Common materials to prefill the stock and settings. Your cut list is left untouched.
Projects
Save the current job — mode, settings, stock and cut list — and reload it later. Saved on this device.
Offcut inventory PRO
Usable leftovers from past jobs. Tick Use offcut inventory in the Lengths panel and the optimiser will cut from these first — they cost nothing.

Every cut you need, with quantity and an optional label.

The sheet sizes you can buy (width × height). Leave qty blank for unlimited. Price is per sheet, optional.
Pieces needed
Every panel you need cut, with quantity and an optional label.
Material
Choose whether you're laying tiles or rolling out a continuous material like carpet or vinyl.
Leave Tiles per box blank to buy tiles individually. If set, the order is rounded up to whole boxes.
For floors, X is the room width and Y is the room length. Runs are laid side by side across the width. Set a Roll length to work out how many whole rolls you need — if a room is longer than one roll, the run is made up in parts with a cross seam. Leave it blank if the material is cut to length.
Areas to cover
Each wall or floor, with its X and Y dimensions and a label. Tick Rotate to turn the material 90° for that area.
